Silvia Castellanos is the Director of External Affairs for the Banyan Community Health Center. Before joining Banyan, Ms. Castellanos worked in state government for nearly 10 years, holding positions in the Florida Legislature and the Executive Office of the Governor.

Ms. Castellanos has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Certificate in Middle Eastern Studies from Florida International University and a Master of Public Administration from Florida State University.
