Norie del Valle has been with United Way for almost 30 years. Her career started as assistant project director for the first AmeriCorps program in South Florida focused on rebuilding following Hurricane Andrew. After 19 years in the programs area, she joined development as vice president, becoming chief development officer in 2019. In 2022, Norie was named chief strategy officer responsible for overseeing strategic planning and leading external partnership development. In July 2023, she was named chief impact officer responsible for all of United Way's work in the community.
